To assist people with no means of support regardless of color, race or creed most significant rural and tribal empowerment by creating conditions necessary for physical, mental and spiritual well being of the persons. We believe that each person has a unique ability in person should have the personal freedom to pursue their aspirations. Reaching Out to Larger Numbers through community based rehabilitation in Tribal and Rural villages in India.

VMM aims to educate children with disabilities so that they may over a period are readied for mainstream education. Similarly, many of the children with disabilities may need special intervention and be transitioned into a suitable vocational training programme at centres on rent or elsewhere with due consideration to their capabilities. The day care centre is attended by few children who are with intellectual impairment.
